CANCELLED MY CREDIT CARD AND REAPPLIED FOR A CARD

I am a platinum account holder who, As stated, paid up and cancelled my FNB credit card. I then decided that this was not such a good idea and applied for a new card. I was informed by the branch that I would have to wait 3 months before reapplying.
When I queried this I was not given any reason.
I followed up by going directly to my premium banker and received the same response. I then went to FNB in Fairlands some 10 days ago and met with the Premium Banking manager, first name Kiki, and explained my situation, requesting that she escalate my request. This she promised to do so stating that It would take around 48 hours and that she would keep me fully informed.
I have had to initiate every response from her even although the switchboard operator promised she would call.
Your service is abysmal as is you total lack of respect to me, your client.
I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND FNB TO ANYONE
