I was victim of on my account almost 4 weeks ago. At the time I tried to report the card as but it took so long to get through that by the time I eventually did get through money had been withdrawn from my account. I stopped card and a few hours later more money was spent on the card - no idea how that is even possible. It then took me almost 2 weeks to get a form from the department to report the incident and since then I have heard nothing despite many requests for feedback. I honestly cannot believe that this is the way that Platinum Card holders are treated!!!
