On the morning of the 10 September 2013 all my money I had left in my account was withdrawn from my account at an ATM. This was not me, but someone who had apparently cloned my card.

Distraught, I called ABSA to report this and they subsequently told me that they had oped a case and cancelled my card.
When I called again to find out some more information, I learned that they had no notes of my calling in. I had to re-log a call with the credit card dept. even though it was a debit card. Apparently, you can't get through to the debit card dept.

Michelle, the lady in the credit card department, told me that the debit card department would call me back today as I really need my money. No-one has called me back to help and I am left high and dry.

The bank clearly does not care about me, the client. And who knows when - OR EVEN IF - I'll get my money back.
