With the passing of my husband of over 30 years, I had the awful business of dealing with all the formalities that go with dealing with the Estate and insurance claims. Over this time I encountered many types of people, of which Douglas Gordon from 1 Life Direct stood out head and shoulders above the rest. He dealt with the business side of this with compassion, sensitivity, understanding and a sound knowledge of the process.
