I have been trying to resolve 3 claims that have not been settled. I have spoken to Glennise on numerous occasions over the last 2 months to assist. Every time she says that she has submitted them and she is waiting for a response. Every time I phone she says she will get back to me and never does. I am getting hounded by the suppliers for these amounts and nobody can help me. Today a doctor called me and said that he was informed by Essential med that my funds were depleated and that is why they are refusing to pay. I got authorisation for this from you guys??? These doctors happen to be customers of mine daily and you have embarrassed me. When I phoned today to find out why this is till not resolved. GLENNISE says that she has been moved to another department and it is no longer her problem. I refuse to be treated like this. I have called 11 times today and been cut off or hung up on. I am cancelling my debit order with immediate affect and I will pay these suppliers myself. I asked to be put through to the cancellation department and waited on the line for 11min. PATHETIC service. I have never experienced anything so bad and I will warn people.
