Questionable Business Practices

I purchased Uni Capital Systems software from Mr Poolman on 26 September 2013 and on the same day my bank account was debited with the full outstanding amount without affording me the opportunity of a five day cooling off period as the product was unopened and unused. The paperwork was all presented in the name of a company Triestacron Pty Ltd which is untraceable and unknown to all financial institutions and bodies.
I attempted to have the transaction cancelled with Mr Poolman but was advised by Mr Poolman that this was not possible as I had possession of the item even though it was unopened and unused. Mr Poolman rather offered to train me on the software which is currently still in its unopened packaging to date.
I wish to cancel the subscription on this product and since it is is still unopened I wish to resell it at whatever value can offer as I will never use or recommend this product or service.
Please advise if you are in any way able to assist me.
