Creditworx (S&V)
Account paid but they still say I am owing

I paid the Account to the Doctor, because when i enquire about my account to creditworx they said they didnt receive it from my doctor.
I sent a proof of payment to RACHMAT and it was said they did receive the proof and they will sort it out, but they keep on calling and sending sms,
Please sort this its irrritating
