RCS
One minute my loan is approved and the next not

I applied for and RCS loan on the 25/11/2013. I was approved. I was then advised on the 26/11/2013 I needed to send my payslip which I did. I then called at 11:30 and was advised that the T&C's will be sent to my email once I read I can call and finalize. I read through it called back and was then advised my application is being re-assessed. I also recieved a text messagae saying my loan has been approved. Could you kindly care to explain that why in the space of 30 minutes Im being told two different things. I am confused to say the least. Could someone at RCS please get back to me ASAP with regard to the matte
