Dear Rcs Cards, I am still deeply dissatisfied as none of your call centre agents (Hounddogs) took the time to call me to apologise for there rude behaviour and disrespectful attitude over the past 3 months, its strange how they have backed off since I logged this complaint yet they dont have the decency to apologise, as said before they have ruined the relationship I had with you and your brand, next time they should have empathy for what people go through on a daily basis and not enforce authority and hide behind the Rcs brand. Why dont' management take time out and listen to voice recorded conversations between customers and call centre agents just to listen to what their employees sounds like and this is for Game and Rcs call centre agents?
