Hi, I notice tha most of the time the bank is always off line, I was there on Monday round about 10:00, but I couldn't do anything because there were off line. I went there today, there worse part it was closed due to off line again. I don't understand why they don't upgrade the system so that it won't have problems like this, I don't think they undersdant that we are on tea or lunch at that time. I think it made me realiz that I need to change to the bank that will give me the service that I want. Regards Nokuthula Buthelezi
