Charged for a written off ca

My car was written off but yet I have been charged the full amount for insurance as well as car instalment as usual. the agreement was they will settle the account with the bank and I was not going to be charged for any of those this month. I have submitted all they requested registration doc, settlement letter which they requested to complete the process also returned the spare key. I informed them I have been charged for this month and they decided not to respond to any of my emails and I am not willing to speak to Roelien because of her attitude thats why I prefer email communication. Whoever is going to contact me must tell me when I am getting my money back, I'm not willing to wait more than 2 days for them to sort this matter out. Someone needs to speak to Roelien, her customer service is terrible. I know she doesnt care since its not her money that is taken away but she is dealing with my case and she should at least respond to the emails. I sent one yesterday and this morning but I am not getting any response.
