NO RESPONSE TO SETTLEMENT REQUEST

I sent a settlement request to Thobeka on 29/10/2013 for my Edgars credit card and she forwarded it to Katiso. On 18/11/2013 I still had no response as Katiso had not bothered to even respond. I was retrenched in September and have no income at this stage. I am now getting sms messages threatening further legal action as I have not made a payment in October as I have been waiting for acceptance of my R1000 settlement offer.
Please I need and a reply to my offer ASAP
