Charges on my card

My account has been handed over and I have never skipoef a payment. When I took this card the lady assured me that I only need to pay r900 pet month. I always pay r950 but toy surprise a bad payer. I demand a recording where it was agreed that I only need to pay r900 and why is thus acc handed ovet without my knowledge. I dont even receive monthly statements. I urge people not to associate themselves with this useless bank
