A and G treating my claim unfairly

On the 26/11/2013 i went for a second assessment at Super quick, also after spending hours on the phone with them, all of this was my costs. Further is it a fair practise that one declines a claim because of a system and a few hours later approves, is this how A &G values their customers and treat them with respect, is this the professionalism that A &G displays. E first assessment was done in GEZINA I don't remember the date, this assessment report was then put on the main policy and nothing done about it, hens i was sent from pillar to post, it is not my problem that A & G departments doesn't communicate with ach other. I want the first assessment done in gezina to be considered, I also wan to know what is being taken into consideration when calculation for this tyres are done, not only final figures, how they are being calculated and why is being calculated like that. I don't like the treatment i'm gtetingfrom A &G, I put in a claim ma'rch 2013 and this claim was only finalised November 2013 with the very same incompetent way of doing things. A & G is trying very hard to frustrate its customers this is all i ever felt since i'm being with A & G.Pathetic describes
