Miss Thomas was very friendly and efficient when she was assisting me with securing a car insurance policy with Prime meridian direct. To top it off she gave me a great deal with a reasonable premium after I had a lot of bad deals from other insurance companies and she went out of her way and real an extra mile in making sure that I am convinced that joining prime meridian direct was the best thing to do. she really is a good representation for the company
