Capitec Bank
No help whatsever and Capitec technical issues

My complaint is 2 fold. Firstly i went load some money on a website for forex trading which I am doing. The transaction kept failing because of external error.i confirmed with the company that it's the bank that's the issue. Eventually one small amount of 100us went through so I tried again and could'nt make another transaction. Deposit failed was the message. I then phoned the normal 24 hour helpline and spoke to a lady could'nt hear her name who did NOTHING. she just passed the buck and gave me a number which was entirely irrelevant. Guys I am millimeters away from moving banks..your adverts ask why=I'm asking why and I'm very very frustrated with both your technical issues and the complete lack of service from your support staff..
