I had an accident on the 12th of November, and till I called them numerous times, I didnt get any feedback or response or advice on where to from there. I am still sitting with the damaged car and even panelbeaters couldnt care less when I should bring my car in. No one cares when its their turn to close their part of the deal but the debit orders run like clockwork. Disgusted at both Auto Umhlanga and MIWAY.
