I am so tired of having to explain the problem over the phone for the past few days and everything I am given a different number to call and NO one is helping me. I have even send a complaint via their FNB online account and still no one has come back to me. I hate FNB and I will close my bank account with them as soon as I go on leave in two weeks time. I cannot even get to bank in time because they close early and I work! They were suppose to make everything easier online BUT in fact it just makes things more complicated. I am now stuck with TWO accounts where I am only suppose to have ONE. I am so bladdy mad because I have spend days on the phone, spending my airtime as these call obviously isn't toll free numbers either.
