Not to mention I'm phoning to find out what's happening to my claim as Suzan M doesn't bother to return numerous calls and emails.

Pathetic service and Suzan M needs to to be taken to task.

Can't wait for this claim to resolved to then move my Insurance to another provider.

More stressful than a house breaking which is what my claim is for. Shame on you ABSA Insure
