Credit card application deny for no valid reason

It is very frustrated when you realize that you are discriminate against simply on the ground that you are not a South African citizen. I have a very good reason to state what i am saying here but will not go deep into details.
It is almost 2 years that i have a cheque account with you, every time i need a service i have to complain. Give me concrete reason for the denial of my application, this is the second time. I do not meet the minimum requirement? If there is other requirement please put it on your website. Gross annual income, Age, Employment all above are met. Now tell me if you ever received any bounce on my account? the lady to give me an excuse that it might be because of the overdraft, How can a overdraft be an unfavorable factor? is not it a facility to be used? then why do you offer me that the first time you denied my application for credit card? Kindly give me a good reason to still bank with you as i really feel that being a foreigner is a problem with you guys. For your information, i have been in this country for more than 5 years and never had such unfair treatment from a bank. I am a fair person, give me valid reason for denial and i will not bother.
