These clowns decided to move my policy from Santam to Auto & General without my consent, which saw my premium increase by 37% because the new policy schedule contained a lot of errors. Are you for real!!! Nobody wants to take responsibility and I've sent several letters and emails to them, still no response. What a rip off!!! Considering switching my account from FNB to another bank
