They deducted R99.99 on my bank account

Good day, I Nkosana Alfred Nkutha identity number 790925592908080 hereby lay a complain about the deduction of R99.99 on my bank account by Sagepay ref number 09057784EC reflected on my account. They didnt inform me that they are going to deduct that amount, .It think its unfair why they deduct the amount of R99.99 on my bank account.when I contacted sage pay they told me that they are just working with EC finance to deduct money from my account. I want a refund of R99.99 because I have a financial difficulties . please advise and stop that debit order. EC finance contact number 0879432500 and Sage pay contact number 08613380338
