On Tuesday 19th November the circulation pump on my solar geyser burst flooding the main bedroom of our house.
This was only discovered much later the day when the maid arrived for work.

I contacted Tuff Stuff and Ronelle Miller was assigned to my claim,
We registered the claim and I told her that I am out of South Africa on a business trip, and that my wife is alone with our two small kids.
A plumber arrived at our house within the same hour to stop the water leak.
All contractors and the assessor were all quick, very professional and went the extra mile to insure that all was ok.
It is very reassuring to see the competent and professional contractor's Tuff Stuff have on their panel.
