I would like my money back

Ive been paying since August if im not mistaken and i havent claimed anything from essential med i requested a cancellation and got a 30 day refund from FNB the 22nd of november so only one payment was refunded. like i said i didnt use the medical scheme whatsoever all i would like is my money back hassle free, essential med didnt do anything for me as i will never suggest them to any one as they are just a money making scheme that have more complaints against them i am very unhappy with the whole one doctor and would like a refund of all my money as i work hard for my money and wasted it for something i never used since i got it. so refund my money.
