So often, consumers are quick to complain about every single gripe they have with a service provider. I always try to remember to recognise excellent service as often as I vent about bad service. This morning I made a stupid blunder and while FNB cannot assist me (the disclaimer already said as much) I took a chance and called their online banking branch. Theo was incredibly friendly as well as both sympathetic and empathetic to my silly blunder. I did not expect to get quite that much concern over an error that was my fault anyway. Apart from one single incident, FNB has really stunned me with how fantastic their online services and personnel service is!! I love FNB more and more every day and it is so important to me that Theo Bermedie be recognised as someone who made my day without even giving me what I hoped to achieve! I told him and I'll tell FNB, I really hope he stays there forever. He's most definitely one of the jewels in the FNB Crown, which (I might add) is getting metaphorically richer by the second.
