2 weeks and still no answer on credit card limit

On 19 Sep 2013 I applied for a credit card limit increase and was also offered a loan - all papers was signed and submitted - no outstanding docs! From 19 Sep 2013 up to now I am being sent from pillar to post by African Bank - between the processing department/call centre and the branch there is something seriously wrong! The branch tells me it is with the processing department and the branch tells me that it is with the processing department. I have also laid complaints with through the following email addresses: [Email Removed] and [Email Removed] and [Email Removed] On none of these 3 formal complaints have I received feedback nor did anyone call me back. I also left a voicemail for the consumer advocate for African bank - still waiting for someone to phone me back! The new credit card and my old credit card is blocked now for 2 weeks! But they take their debit orders punctually! I am unable to speak to any senior manager as the call centre/back office seniors are not available to the public!
