I am very disappointed in Absa I never thought I would see such incompetence considering I bank more than a million with absa the least they can do is employ personnel that would ensure smooth sailing. I cant believe I was in the disabled and elderly queue for more than 30 minutes when there is less than 6 people in front of me. people that came from customer service were told jump right in front of us like we were just flower pots there for decoration purposes, I saw a young man who got help at the very same teller that is for the disabled and elderly the teller who was sooo slow was not bothered by this at all, the money that the elderly is withdrawing is counted in full view of everyone at the back, isn't that putting them at risk? a lady fainted in the bank no one even bothered to give her water, it was soo hot I could barely breathe. people that found me in the bank and were in the normal queue left me still in the queue and it was the same thing when i had to go to customer service another 30min its just pathetic, when i complained to the branch manager she said she will speak to them i guarantee you i will go back and there will be no change. i want value for my money
