Money was paid over into my bank account from SA Homeloans. Nedbank reversed the money and cannot give me an explanation why. I phoned the call centre and they advised no reason for reversal on system and duly gave me a number for the back office to contact. I spoke to Michael who was extremely rude and dismissive and could also not assist. I would like to know where my money is and who gave Nedbank the right to remove it without any consent.
