BUSINESS CREDIT CARD APPLICATION TAKING FOREVER

I have applied for a business credit card on the 12th November and according to FNB it takes 5 to 7 days, but its almost 3 weeks without a respond from FNB, wen i folllow up i am told diffrent stories everyday dat its in outbox, sometimes its with the relationship manager for approval.i only have business account with FNB and have been happy dat i evn wanted to move even all my personal accounts to them but this kind of service i am really not sure. I just wish that anybody please update me regarding the whereabout of the application or an update would be much better.
