FALSE UPDATE OF ITC

Good day,
i have an account with capitec bank and usually if are a good payer they invite you for micro loans every month, which they did send me invitation sms monthly for 6 months but i did not take those micro loans, a month back i pulled my itc record and i found that those micro loans they have always invited me for are showing on my record.i raised that with them and they said they will closed those accounts.i also requested them to remove that because it shows on itc that my installments for all accounts add up to R3725.00 wich is not the truth cause i only have one account which is with them and my installment is R638.00 only, the manager gave me attitude when i spoke to her about this and she told me that they are not responsible for that, recently i pulled my record on experia and xds they only closed 5 accounts 1 which was not supped to be there is still there.i need this people to REMOVE all those micro loans on my name and LEAVE only the one for R638.00 WHICH I AM STILL PAYING.I FEEL THAT THEY ARE SABOTAGING MY CREDIT RECORD.
PLEASE HELP ME RESOLVE THIS.
