Multi-Loan on Credit Report

I applied for a loan @Capitec some time last year, at the same time they also opened a multi-loan acc, they explained that i'd use it only if i required. Not mention that i'll appear on credit record. Sometime in Jan I noticed this account reflects on my credit record regardless of whether you use it or not. I've been advised no. of account on credit record have adverse effects on your scoring so I then went to Capitec on 11/12/2012 (I have the letter to proof this) to have the account closed as i no longer require it. The account still reflects on my credit record every month even now, the account reflects as multiple accounts (first 6 digits are date each month followed by the actual account number). These look like you are taking out a loan every month on your credit record. I want those accounts deleted (not closed) as i instructed the bank to close. The bank still had the multi-loan facility available even after i requested for it to be closed. That's what i call Reckelss Lending and Banking. I LOGGED a call Reference no.8187702 - Ushidi. As i explained, i dont want a closed update, i want the accounts deleted.
