Standard bank phoned me to make payment arrangements, when the amount was deducted this morning insted of being the agreed amount it was more than 3x the amount. If that is not bad enough phoning customer care was just as big a disaster. I was put through from one department to another and no one could help me. Eventually I asked to speak to a manager, but as always the manager was not available. When I then asked to speak to the CEO I was disconnected.

I am definately going to open an account at another bank.
