I had an amount that was deducted from my business acc, that was in excess of the agreed monthly deduction. My business account manager at eastgate, megan was not helpful and she referred me to their legal dept. The person i was asked to speak to was absent on the past thursday. I had to get this matter sorted and i called, the customer services at standard bank head office. Ms Denise was polite took my call and manged to resolve my complaint within 24 hrs. Thank u standard bank for having such a professional viz denise singh .i have had this acc with u guys for 12 yrs and was thinking of moving, but maybe i will stay on.
