4 weeks without my car

I've been waiting for my car now for more than 4 week. Excuses and excuses from the Auto Magic company who is fixing it. They have treated me with no respect and keep lying about my cars progress. I visited the company in witbank twice but no results. I have to travel by taxi and have no transport now. This is not correct. My insurance did let me down.
