R800 PER MONTH BANK CHARGES!!!

My bank charges for December amounted to a total of R800!!! The "management", "transaction" and "admin" charges already amount to R442.86. As if that is not enough, I then get charged R30 per debit order and almost R4.00 every time I swipe my card!!! RIDICULOUS! To make it even worse, I am not even a Platinum client and it took them 3 weeks to approve a small overdraft, after I had to follow up with them every day! Their charges and standard of service is totally unacceptable!
