Phonextreme
Faulty item, won't respond to emails

I ordered an iphone 5 battery. He was helpful in finding the part for me and it seemed to work as described.
However, less than two months later my phone was malfunctioning heavily. I eventually swapped a known good iphone 5 battery from a friends' phone into mine and this solved the issue, proving that the item supplied by phonextreme was faulty.

I tried to contact Giovanni twice about this, but received no response either time. Beware, once he has your money you can forget about any service from him. This could well have been a genuine fluke in terms of a bad product but since he won't respond in any way, this makes me think that there may be more to it.
