Collections yet still paying

Still paying my account yet I have collection agents calling on me. Maybe I should not be paying so I don't feel being treated unfairly! Why should I feel like a criminal yet I am paying! I for one don't get statements for this account and I get missed calls during office hours and you can not call the number back I am disgusted with their service and will make it my duty to inform others to not deal with Capitec no matter what the circumstances!
