Good day,

I logged an enquiry more than a month and a half ago on my home insurance.

This is for a broken bath.

The plumbers has been out to do a quote and their process has been completed with ABSA about 3 weeks ago.

After that and numerous phone calls and being sent from one person to the other, I have had no feedback on what is going on with my claim?!

Please assist.
