FNB Private Clients is a Joke!

I have recently experienced terrible service from FNB private clients.
This is supposed to be an exclusive and personal service that offers to assist in making day to day banking hassle free... In reality it has offered me no additional service at all.

I have been trying for the past 4 weeks to get hold of my private banker, Moeder Serumula, to assist me with several issues including a credit card application, home loan interest rate review and drafting of my will. Despite having called the JHB private clients centre at least 10 times i have NEVER managed to get hold of her or any other consultant. I have left messages on her cell phone but have never had a call returned.

Several emails and dropped calls later i have given up.

So far all that the upgrade from Platinum to FNB private clients has meant to me is a worthless increase in monthly banking fees
