FNB Vryheid Branch: Customer Service is Pathetic

I have a business account with FNB since 2006. It happened that I had to relocate to my hometown Vryheid 3mths ago and had to deal with this branch. For the past 3mths trying to do business with Vryheid it has been. On the 12th Nov I went to register for Internet Banking to save myself from the misery but could not get the help as Gcine didn't know how to help me. I asked her the meaning of the FNB logo "How can we help you" if she could not help me. I asked for her senior and Lettie came. I told her I wanted to register for Internet Banking. She told me the person who could help is on lunch I must wait until she comes back from lunch. I told her I need help and asked her the meaning of the logo again. She then called Dudu from the Business Accounts to come and help me. Dudu came but told me she has a backlog of her work so she could not help me. She said I must wait for a free consultant, she would tell her how to help me but she is busy with her work. She continued with her work in front of me as if I was not there. After 20 minutes I decided to leave because there was no one to help me. I have been happy with FNB until my relocation toVryheid, I now hate the bank.
