Unreasonable unexplained charges

Good day, i was advised by finrite that i will have to pay excess fee of R1550.00 to get my laptop, which i have no issues paying then i was told that i have to pay a betterment fee of R3000.00 as the supplier charges R15500.00 for the laptop, both mnt and apple dont charge that amount for the laptop. when i question the betterment fee no one has a clear response of what it is for because as per AON disclaimer it is charged when u receive a better model. i have sent emails to the their complains department however no response. i even suggested that they pay out the device amount R12500.00 so i can go buy the device at apple myself and im advised that unfortunately they have their own supplier i went over my contract with them and there is nowhere where it is advised that they will have to use their supplier. they complains department does not get back to you, they respond with an automated email here on hello peter, then send you one response i am still awaiting feedback from them as we speak more then 30 days this is how long they are taking while i cannot work as no laptop but im still being billed by them.
