I don't know where to start with my issues with FNB. In October 2012 I made an application for a preapproval. FNB does not come back to you. You have to call them to get a feedback. I made two applications to FNB for an application on money I paid in advance on my bond x 2. MY REF IS 58030. Now after two weeks of queries and documents and Insurance documents they say that they only did the application for one and that they do have receipt of 2 applications. I need this money for a deposit of a new home.
