Old Mutual
Policy covered for by old mutual does not pay out

My mother who has been medically boarded by a doctor has been told by Old Mutual Adviser that they are unable to pay her out for the cover she has taken because they are unable to locate the employers contribution to the fund. It has been 3 months since we have spoken to old mutual and still no one can tell us anything. There service really is bad.
