THE WORST SERVICE EVER EXPERIENCED

JD Finance has destroyed my credit record after recorded phone calls where consultants assured me over and over that my credit record would not be negatively influenced should I make a promise to pay and follow through on my commitment to pay as promised. The incident: late payment caused by change of bank account and my inability to go in and change details in person as this facility is not offered over email (major inconvenience) taking into consideration my working hours & that i am employed full time, etc. This incident occurred in JUNE for MAY's payment as promise I made payment for the months of MAY & JUNE at the beginning of JULY!!! Currently as a sales rep for my company I require a vehicle and as such I am seeking finance for said vehicle but still to this day 20/11/2013 my credit record is in such a horrible state that I cannot even apply for a R 70 000, 00 vehicle... I really wish that someone from either this useless company or anyone that is capable could assist me with this issue so that I may get a vehicle and continue my life.
