Wait forever to be helped

Old Mutual previously held my portfolio, but due to the bad service received from the Old mutual broker, Old Mutual call centre I switched to Discovery. As an old client of Old Mutual I still require my tax certificate from them. For the past week I have tried to obtain my tax certificate from their self help website, which 9 out of 10 times are experiencing technical issues thereby making it impossible to obtain anything from the self help site. When you call their call centre you wait for 8 minutes plus until someone answers the phone or the call automatically cuts of after 12 minutes on holding on.

I am glad I am no longer a client of yours, your service from day 1 was shocking! Fix your website so that I can view my portfolio and extract information required or take out the service completely as it never ever works. with regards to your call centre, employ more staff to deal with your volumes of calls!

Pathetic service from a leader in the financial services industry!
