Hello Peter

Can someone please tell me what the working hours for Old Mutual call centre is because I called around 4 this afternoon and didn't get any response. When I called the second time a lady said Hello... and I asked if I had gotten through to Old Mutual and she said yes... she just said Hello... no Old Mutual nothing. I then explained to her what exactly I wanted from her and she said I should hold the line... I held for @least 15 mins and dropped the phone.

No come on now Old mutual... this is totally unacceptable... Why is it that one always has got to resort to reporting to Hello Peter to get some help?
