Old Mutual
Useless!!

After talking to 5 different poeple and asked security questions a million times and forced to hold for an hour, old mutual call centres (ALL) STILL cannot produce my TAX CERTIFICATE!
Theres nothing more irritating than being sent pillar to post and NOBODY has the competence to produce a TAX CERTIFICATE!!

Im moving my entire portfolio to a service provider that understands customer service.
