I have noted with concern that while Old Mutual is increasing becoming innovative in terms of product offerings and services, they still ignore one important detail about their South Africa Market.
Firstly they have now offered infoSlips to all existing clients, but these dont work if you dont have a 13 digit ID. I have raised this several times only to be advised that they will look into it.
On competitions, surveys etc, the same applies and one cant participate without a 13 digit ID number.
Is this an indication that the rest of their non-RSA clients without a 13 digit ID are not important. Has OM not thought about their client base when designing such platforms.
Just frustrated and hope OM can get their act together.
