Application submitted to Absa under false terms

On the 24th Jan 2013 i applied for a loan from Absa to consolidate for 100k i wanted to consolidate my current debt and was told that the balance would be paid into my account, and i was told the terms and conditions, then when i got all my documentation, i was told that it was a lie, and that the person i spoke to was lying, Thembi is the one and only person i have spoken to since the begining, she back tracked saying that only my debt would be paid and that i am lying, anyways, needless to say,

Way to go absa, you cry you need business and then you turn away a potential customer. Don't do false advertising, if you have to to get a person to take a loan or do business with you i would hate to be a existing customer with you.
My loan request was for 100k my debt i want to consolidate is for 90k i was told loud and clear that the balance of 10k will be paid into my account, and then today the 30th January after phoning and re submitting my forms another 2 tries, well, i get told no sorry you were to... stop selling bull shT
one seriously ed EX customer, i have my car currently with you and i intend on finishing it this year, and never using u...
