FALSE ADVERISMENT!!!

I received a email for loan supermarket with the words "Consolidate Your Debt in 3 Easy Steps"

So I did the application and was even let know I was pre approved by capitec bank 10 min later I got a sms not approved with these word! Credit application has been unsuccessful due to affordability!!!

Wow what a joke they did not even ask what debt in want to consolidate so how did they got to the response of "AFFORDIBILITY" if it was not asked received for me???

And to put the cherry on the cake is that I have a very good track record with my payments!!

This is once again showing not just bad service but NO SEVICE and false adverts!!!
